Correct. Jugulator was the name given to 10points3 Dynamic Stop v2 in the way that Goblin was named to avoid confusion with similar manes.

are you using same indicator turbo as goblin? matt did modify that rite?

I am using the versions posted by Matt in the Jugulator 1.1 zip, there has been discussion surrounding adjusting the time frame from H4 to H1 on JVEL for Goblin but so far as I know it is the same indicator, I haven't opened them together and examined them.

The fibonacci progression looks interesting but the Floating Loss is greater than the Closed Profit. There are plenty of options to explore but I wil leave these settings till the weekend.
