I can not follow the signal from yesterday. I have been following the signal for 6 months and suddenly I can not copy the signal. I think there is an error with QML5 signal servises Please check

Thanks for the links Eleni, DD is higher than 30% for the signal now and I am afraid that the signal will not come back until the DD is below 30%. I've never had that problem in 3 years. Is it possible to contact MQL5 directly?
Yes, if drawdown is higher than 30% you can't subscribe or renew a signal subscription.
The Service Desk does not deal with these kind of issues.

If the signal provider made a current drowdown to be more than 30% so the subscription is prohibited on his signal on this time.
