I always share my indicators for free
i have created this system and im still teaching it(in a persian forum http://forum.sarmaye.com/.....), but i don't have enough time to translate it to english.(im Persian)
i share it for free.

Of course For such indicator i have to put my website and my name on it for copyright!!!!

Looks to me like a variant of Schaff Trend Cycle, see here for a basic STC https://www.mql5.com/en/code/7356
