Indicators

  1. Rate of Change (ROC):

    • ROC is a momentum oscillator that measures the percentage change in price between the current price and the price a certain number of periods ago. It helps identify the speed and magnitude of price movements, providing signals for potential price reversals.

  2. Average Directional Index (ADX):

    • ADX is a trend strength indicator that quantifies the strength of a trend but does not indicate its direction. It ranges from 0 to 100, where a higher value indicates a stronger trend.

  3. Fractals:

    • Fractals are a technical analysis tool used to identify potential reversal points in the market. A fractal is composed of five or more bars and highlights a "high" or "low" price point surrounded by lower highs or higher lows.

  4. Stochastics:

    • The Stochastic Oscillator measures the closing price relative to the high-low range over a certain number of periods. It ranges from 0 to 100 and is used to identify overbought or oversold conditions.

Strategies

  1. Trailing Stop by MTKeltner:

    • The Keltner Channel is a volatility-based indicator similar to Bollinger Bands but uses the Average True Range (ATR) instead of standard deviation. A trailing stop using MTKeltner follows the price at a certain distance, allowing traders to lock in profits as the price moves favorably.

  2. Pending Stop Order with Heiken Ashi:

    • Heiken Ashi is a type of candlestick chart that filters out market noise, making trends easier to identify. A pending stop order can be placed based on Heiken Ashi signals, waiting for a trend confirmation before entering a trade.

Risk Management

  1. Profit Target by Coef * ATR(20):

    • The Average True Range (ATR) measures market volatility. Setting a profit target using a coefficient multiplied by the ATR(20) provides a dynamic exit point based on recent market conditions.

  2. Stop Loss by Percentage:
