Need to lock my EA, so that i can locate it for example

I Need, to lock my EA, with a modus that i can see wich person is using and to wich person am i locating.

I Have already the EA, but i would like to :

set :

- Expiration Date ( every 30 days )

- Password to lock the EA 

and other personal things...
