EA based on Price Movement in relation to Kijun Sen Line ( from Ichimoku indicator)

This EA will be used for live trading. It needs to work on all timeframes, including, multiple timeframes on the same chart. I also require full ownership of the script/commands ( not sure what it's called:>

Open signals are based on-

1.Price relationship to Kijun Sen. (A set value in Pips, Above or Below Kijun Sen), and

2. Direction previous candle stick closed (Bullish or Bearish), unless during a Kijun Sen/price cross, and

3. Kijun Sen must have moved a set number of pips between the current Open period and the previous period. (It can not be flat)

NOTE: If price is above Kijun Sen, we only look to Buy. If price is below Kijun Sen, we only look to Sell. 

Take Profit

1. Is every time Kijun Sen "Flat Lines"

Stop Loss

1. A set number of Pips from the Kijun Sen, on the opposite side of the Kijun Sen to the Open Position
