I am looking for a Trade Copier which is fast, reliable and provides very basic functionality.

However, the important thing is that this Trade Copier shall perform a simple analysis of trades running on other MT4 accounts installed on the same server. The EA shall run a rather simple scoring model to determine the best Master Account candidate and once the most appropriate candidate has been identified the trades shall be copied until closed by the Master Account. Once the trades are closed, the Trade Copier shall start a new round of analysis.

Provided that you have Trade Copier soure code avaialble it should low effort to build this EA.
