ADR indicator that averages price for last 15 days

Spezifikation

I need your assistance in creating a custom ADR indicator that should calculate the average of that pair of the daily range for the last 15 days. and it should automatically revise the calculation every day.

Calculation - days' high to days' low for last 15 days and divided by 15 which is the average.

Example: attached image

The indicator should apply the average on the chart and mark the Days High and Days Low horizontal lines. If the price touches the lines, it should make the line dark red colour and give a notification. All calculations on M15. 

A movable text on the chart that shows the Target High and Target Low price for the day.

A ADR start text at the start of the day which goes in sync with Control+Y on the chart.
