Make an order base on Open price H1

I want to make an EA, because my current programmer is too busy.

I want to make an EA based on some discussion here :

credit for the author... but i want it have some parameters :

- higher timeframe = we can choose the TF

- lower timeframe = we can choose the TF

- For SL, we can input manually, or just the highest high point +0.5 pips
- for TP, we can input manually, and use the usual partial trailing [I have some programmer makes one for me, it's very efficient, SC on file attachment [goodpartialtrailing.png] ]

- or I can input ratio SL:TP = 1:1 / 1:1.5, etc

- I want flag [option] for autotrading or just give me alarm.. alarm when last higher timeframe [example last H1], the price make a new high or low, and the current price close between the "Area of Interest" [between high of the day and high H1 open price or vice versa for lowest]

I trade manually with alarm, I include my template in zip file, I will explain more details to the chosen candidate.

Basically the SOP is :

- wait for the candle to make a high of the day or low of the day

- for sell trade, wait for the price to close between current high of the day and the highest H1 open price, and go back to highest H1 open price

- for buy trade, wait for the price to close between current lowest of the day and lowest H1 open price, and go back to lowest h1 open price

- if the current H1 [higher time frame] make a new high or new low, there is no trade, and wait for the next time frame
