Spezifikation

I need an indicator that will send me a text message when a price candle closes above or below all three sma's 10,20, and 40. Once I get an alert I do not get another alert on that pair until price crosses all the sma's in the opposite direction. This should work if it takes one candle to make the cross or if it takes several. I have added some screen shots.

I would also like to know if this can be made into a robot and auto enter me in the trades with a 30 pip stop loss and a 50 pip take profit. Once entered in a trade if price reverses and crosses all three sma's again in the opposite direction but does not hit my stop loss it will close the original trade and enter me in the new trade. Thank you
