Looking for experienced programmer to create an EA

Hello Programmers,

I would like to hire someone to code an EA, I have given a brief description of what will be involved below.

Basically, I want to have a trade opened based on a specific 2 candle pattern which can auto lot size the trade to maintain 2% risk per trade (option to change risk % and switch to a fixed lot size) based on account balance vs stop loss in pips and current price. Stop loss will be below a specific candle with the option to add 1-5 pips below or above the candle based on the type of order placed. Take profit to be a multiple of the low or high of a candle to the close which would also have an option to reduce it by 1-5 pips. Would also like to have an option to select which time frame to run this EA on (5min, 15min, 30min, 1h, 4h, daily). And finally, the ability to choose to have only 1 open position on at a time or open trades for every pattern occurrence. 

I require the MQL4 Source File for this EA (.mq4 file)

We can discuss price and time needed to complete. If all goes well I have another EA to be coded which would be similar and would be willing to hire the same person again.
