Spezifikation

I would like an expert advisor with the below features:

 

1) Notify me through email and sms if prices did not update for X time ammount. (for multiple currency pairs and suffixes i.e. EURUSD.a, EURUSD.b ...)  

2) Notify me through email and sms if here are any server disconnections in the MT4 server. Manual disconnections the usr should not be notified. 

3) Save for all instruments the bid an ask price every X second and/or every X minute in an Excel file in a organized table form. All instruments should be saved in the same Excel file and for each day the EA should create a new excel file.
