An Expert Advisor base on line indicator needed

This EA will base on single line indicator with Auto and Manual option for initial entry

Price cross upper line = buy, Price cross below line = sell

Entry will be on every signal buy and sell or only one signal entry per day and will wait for bar close or when crossing the line with offset setting

Option to use Close by opposite signal entry or Close by next signal entry

Increase lot on next signal order with 3 option, 1) use lot multiplier 2) use custom lot with format:-0.01;0.01;0.04;0.03;0.01;0.05… and 3) use sequence, if input is 1, so the next lot will increase by 1, ex: 0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05 and when hit the TP, EA will return to initial lot for next signal

Option on time to start and end trade

Remarks:- 
There are 2 type of lot for next signal entry:-  1) Initial lot 2) Next lot

1)Initial lot will apply to next signal order after previous order hit the  EA TP AND also the order that CLOSE WITH PROFIT before hit TP, Manual close and Trailing stop( in this EA,trailing stop will not define as a loss order)
2) Next lot for next signal entry will apply to only loss order.
**This is crucial for my strategy and very important to understand correctly to avoid bugs and error when start coding with this function
