Dear Programmers, 

I have a forex EA that is working perfectly fine. 

It even has a news filter that uses http://ec.forexprostools.com to avoid news in live markets. 

I want to do backtest the EA in mt4 strategy tester AND be able to still filter out economic NEWS in the strategy tester. This function is not available yet. I want you to programme it. 

I want the EA to automatically download at least 3 years of news data either from the above site or somewhere else, and filter out trading during news in strategy tester. 

Please only apply if you are 100% sure that you can do this job properly.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
