Ea based on candlestick with RSI

hello coder, i want a ea that opens order in the opposite direction of last candlestick (reverse candlestick) with option to choose to open in direction of last candlestick. reverse candle and following

1. Choose reverse candle or following candlestick (all timeframes)

the closing price, should be exactly the opening price

2. add an RSI indicator

i want to be able to activate an RSI indicator to the strategy (option to activate rsi) not use always, only if activated

 -Rsi rules should be.

 - if candle closes inside the rsi to choose to open a reverse or following candle

 - and also for the candle closing outside the rsi , to choose if reverse or following candle

money management should be based on ATR (stopp loss / take profit)

- include option for martingale

- include option for reverse martingale (increas lot by multiplier if i win, same as martingale only different direction)
