Ea using 3 ma crosses

EA to have 3 MA crosses. 2 MA crosses for creating trades and the third
for closing the trades

first ma cross to buy on buy cross and sell on sell cross. First MA cross
to have Invert parameter so it can also sell on buy cross and buy on sell cross
EA may have multiple buy or multiple sell trades at the same time. Need max
number of trades parameter. When I use the ea, I will have 2 separate accounts for buy and
sell, so there will not be a mixture of buy and sell in the same account.
After booking the first trade, EA not to book new and subsequent trades until last trade
is more than x minutes ago, a parameter.

The second MA cross must agree with the first ma cross for the trade to be booked.
e.g. If the first ma cross is actually going to Sell (on a buy cross), the ea should
only sell if the second MA cross is a sell. The second MA cross does not have an
invert parameter.

The third MA cross parameter to close trades. If there are buy trades outstanding,
this ma cross should close them when a sell cross is formed. If there are Sell
trades outstanding, this ma cross should close them when a buy cross is formed.
 
The third MA cross parameter should also be able to close trades not created
by this ea but manually created.

ea to have stop, tp, trailing stop, magic number,
timeframe which will override chart that ea is attached to, start and stop
times, lots.

EA must be able to do USA FIFO rules. My broker is Oanda.
EA must work with Oanda MT4
