Looking for a programmer for Expert Advisor project

Hi my name is Erick and I have a scalping trading strategy that I have been using and I'm wondering could you program it into a Expert Advisor for me. I have attached the indicators that I use as well as some images of how they look together under different market conditions.

Here is how I use the indicators for my strategy:

1) Ichimoku - I use default settings. I only use the Senkou cloud to give a general direction of the market, trend    direction, and try to for see the trends future.

2) RainbowMMA_01-11 - I only use to give another general direction of the market, trend strength and trend direction.

3) Bears and Bulls - I combine both indicators in the same indicator window to get a better visual of which is stronger before I open a trade during the bar as well as to help see trend strength.

4) Heiken Ashi - I basically use for another indicator for seeing trend direction and to clear up the chart more from the candlestick bars.

5) RenkoFast - This is my most important indicator which I use to only follow price and price direction also I use a Renko box size of one and for the Hud I use MultiStart=1, MultiEnd=10   MultiStep=1. Everything else is false or not used.

I am a scalper and this is how I manually trade the strategy and how I would like you to program it into Expert Advisor.

Buy Strategy:

If the Senkou cloud is green showing uptrend, Rainbow indicators showing uptrend moving above cloud, RenkoFast is moving upwards above cloud, Heiken Ashi is blue above cloud showing uptrend, bulls is taking control over bears and also confirming upwards trend buy at the opening of the next blue Heiken Ashi bar over cloud when bulls is still control. 

Sell Strategy:

If the Senkou clud is orange red showing downtrend, Rainbow indicators showing downtrend below cloud, RenkoFast is moving downward below cloud, Heiken Ashi is red below cloud showing downtrend, bears is taking control over bulls and confirming downwards trend sell at the opening of the next red Heiken Ashi bar under cloud when bears is still in control.

No trades within the Senkou cloud.

Additions I would like to be programmed if possible:

1) Open orders time limit option. (example: trade automatically closes after 20 seconds of opening.) (Get close as possible to a 5 second automatic close and try to make it to once order is closed it is followed by another open order within the same bar or next bar opening in the same direction as the previous buy or sell order if the buy or sell strategy still holds true.)
2) Counter trend hedging.
3) Risk option
4) Decrease Factor
5) Max Orders
6) Slippage
7) Take Profit
8) Take Profit % option
9) Money Management
10) Trailing Stop
11) Break Even
12) Per Bar trading option only if able to add "open orders time limit" and/or "take profit %."
13) Minimum Lots
14) Maximum Lots and once reached continue to trade with maximum lots.
15) Start and Ending trade times for day (example: 0-24, 18-21, etc.)
16) Trading Days option (example: Monday=True, Tuesday=True, etc.)
17) Compatible with all types of brokers.
18) Order Comment = HALO
