MACD mulitple time frame plotted on the chart

Indicator 1:

I would like to order mt4 indicator that plot on the chart window a multiple-time frame reading of MACD.

The multiple time frame reading includes D1, H4, H1, M15, M5, and M1.

The indicator show the MACD up and down reading of the last 2 bars for each time frame, green circle when the MACD reading is up and red circle when the MACD reading is down, for the time frames D1,H4.H1,M15

And the indicator show a green circle when the MACD is positive, and red circle when the MACD is negative, for the time frames M5, and M1

All reading for the past 2 bars before the current bar.

Let say today is Wednesday, so we look if the MACD is up or down on Thursday in reference to Monday. The same is for the, H4, H1, and M15

For M5 and M1 we look if the MACD is Positive or negative

This indicator place 4 orders at the same time with the same size, entry price, and stop loss, but with different exits. These orders could be markets orders or pending orders.
