Order to open Trades with set values

Hi there, i want an EA or Script whatever is easier that when i add to chart it will add an order at multiple EMA's that i choose. most will be 3.

I would expect to run this EA on 1 chart in manage mode and it will manage all the orders set with the Magic = 0 so it will manage this EA orders and any manuals i open. Then i would load the EA to a templeate so when i open the templeate on a chart in open trade mode it will fire limit orders out. then i will remove the EA but the manage order EA on the first chart will manage the orders going forward

so inputs are like as follows

Dropdown Menu = Open Trades or Manage Orders = open or manage (if set to open it opens the limit orders as below if set to manage it will only monitor open trades with same magic number and move SL's along as we set in inputs)

LOTS = 1

TP = 250

SL = 400 (points)

EMA 1 = 13

EMA 2 = 144

EMA 3 = 0 (if set to zero means it does nothing)

Breakeven Lock amount = 20

Breakeven Set = 100 (Points) Means after price is positive 100 points SL comes to BE + Break even Lock amount input

Trail amount = 100 (Points)

Trail SL Step = 200 (points) means every 200 points into profit we go we move SL behind us by Trail amount input

The above settings would on my placing on a chart open an limit order at the 13 EMA Value and 144 EMA Value with a SL of 400. once they activate when we go into profit by 100 points it brings SL to 20 points. then every 200 pips we move positive it brings the SL along at 100 points.

This should fire 1-3 limit orders ONLY BUT it should then manage all orders on the MT4 with same magic number even if its on a different pair. So i will run
