Modify existing indicator to only alert if pin bar

OK so what I would like to do is take this indicator and then consider price action using pin bar reversals.  I have included some pics that should help.

So basically, when this indicator alerts, I would like to check that the most recent candle that crossed the S/R line is a pin bar.

So for an up alert, I would like the pin bar to look like the one in the Up Alert pic.  So that the wick is at least 3 times the size of the body.

So for an down alert, I would like the pin bar to look like the one in the Down Alert pic.  So that the wick is at least 3 times the size of the body. 

I have also included an example on mt4 to show where the two bars have crossed S/R, the second cross is a pin bar and meets the above critera.

I have also attached some examples of the type of bar that I would like to trade on (Bar Examples file).  It shows an example of bars crossing the support line and what I need them to look like.  You can see the first 2 bars are what I need it to look like.  If they look like any of the others ie the body is not towards the top part of the candle, then don't trade/alert.

So basically the body needs to be in say the top 3rd of the candle, and the body should be less than a 3rd of the total candle size.

The reverse would be true for the cross of the resistance line.

I need all of the existing functions and settings kept as is.

EDIT - I have now attached a simple "Pinbar" indicator.  Basically if this is showing an arrow at the same time as mine alerts, then alert/trade.
