Oscillator Cross Trader

I trade using an oscillator loaded on a Median Renko chart. I am looking to have a simple EA that can place pending orders when a custom histogram oscillator crosses a certain level if the 2 moving averages I use also meet the criteria. Once the EA sets the pending order, I want options for notifications thru Email, SMS, Onscreen Pop up Box and Sound alerts. As I plan on doing extensive testing, the settings of the MA's will need to be adjustable. The EA will also need the ability to close trades or set trailing stops etc. based on the oscillator levels (which also need to be adjustable) or by using standard TP and SL.
