There are plenty of scripts/indicators that will display the historical trades from a CSV source file; I need the ability to run the CSV record of trades through the MT Strategy Tester (preferably being MT4 & MT5 compatible). There is no set format to the CSV so requirements can be agreed. The only parameter that I currently think may be required is a time-offset to align time-stamp in CSV to match time-stamp of broker data. Happy to answer clarification questions. If you know of an available .mq4 or .mq5 already capable of meeting this requirement, a finders fee will be awarded.
