EA modification

I have working EA, but I need following modifications of the source code:

1. I use two custom indicators, which are imported through the iCustom function. This makes the EA and its backtesting rather slow.
      I need the indicator codes to be incorporated directly into the EA mql4 code, thus making backtesting faster.

2. On live trading, I get too oft (but not allways) the OrderSend Error 138 (or ERR_REQUOTE), especially when trading on real account
   and when trading DAX CFD.   I already have the RefreshRates function there, but this does not help.
    Please fix the problem. (Maybe put there an while-loop, which keeps re-sending the order or try to fix it different way).
