Combine advanced adx and heiken ashi indicators to create trading levels on the price chart

I use the advanced adx indicator, and a mtf heiken ashi indicator that appears on the price chart. I would like to combine these two indicators to create trading levels on the price chart. When the price is above the slow heiken ashi line, I would like to create a level 2 pips (or any level I choose) below the line. And when the price is below the slow heiken ashi line, I would like to create a level 2 pips (or any level I choose) above the heiken ashi line. I want this indicator combined with the advanced adx which will be my filter for taking trades.
