Multiple Vertical (time) line upload indicator-tool from excel spreadsheet / CSV

I’d like to be able to mark important time intervals on the chart

So there is a need for an indicator which could draw multiple vertical timelines (time marks) on the chart uploaded from an excel spreadsheet/ CSV.

Data in the spreadsheet will be classified into three columns:

It will have 15 [Types]:

15.  d5

And [description]:

·         Any random text entered in the field 

*Time is the actual Time at which Vertical line should be drawn on the chart. Indicator settings option should be added: 1. to draw it on current timeframe 2. to draw it all same instrument windows/ timeframes 3. To draw it on all open Windows  

Clarification (time will be always expressed in day’s, so if it’s hourly chart place it always at mid-range 12:00)  

Transferring excel template values to Vertical lines on MT4:

* “Type” should fill the "line name" text box space in MT4 vertical line properties box.  “line name” should be reflected visibly next to the line on the actual chart window as a text label. See example .img

* "Line description" should have the same text  as “Time” and "Description"  values of the excel spreadsheet. If there is no text, then there is no extra text in this MT4 vertical line properties box.

Requirements for upload and adjustments:

When uploading timelines from template I want have tick boxes to enable/disable Timelines, make them background and choose [line colors] and styles [dashed,pointed...] and width [line width] for all the [types] previously mentioned . This is no different from standard MT4 vertical line properties box, just a multiple [type] version.

[ On default all types should be enabled]

[I should be able to save the adjustment parameters into a separate file]

[on default “draw object on background” function should be enabled, by tick box]

General requirements:

When uploaded, I don't want to see any time tags (distractions) for these timelines on the chart.

Indicator should also have an option to automatically shift the chart end from the right border (or multiple chart ends if multiple timeframes/ windows)

Indicator’s Time reader code should be compatible with both older and never versions of EXCEL,  where it’s separated by “/” or   “.” . Example.: 2016.10.16 ; 2016/10/26

Conclusion:

That's basically good for start, later I will ask for more work, but that's most important.
