EA scalper to be coded

Hello Coders,

I am in need of your help to code an scalper MQL4 EA for any period chart for the below entry and exit criteria' s ( template attached for MACD/Ichimoku & williams % settings to be used)

Entry conditions are as below for buy and sell .

buy entry
Ichimoku delay line is greater than the shifted MA
Williams W%R is greater than 50 level
macd && signal lines are both above 0 level


sell entry :
Delay line is smaller than the shifted MA line
williams W%R is smaller than the 50 level line
macd && signal lines are both below 0 level

Exit Criteria for buy entry 

 the exit criteria for open buy signal is williams  W%R value hitting "-95 to -100" zone

Exit Criteria for sell entry 

 and exit criteria for open sell signal is williams  W%R value hitting "0 to 5" zone

Note :

i) Make sure you go through the template to understand the settings for   MACD/Ichimoku & williams % and also make the settings value used for indics as extern inputs so that I can fine tune changing their values

ii) Make sure the EA  can be extended to trade any time frame per say PERIOD_M1,PERIOD_M5... , PERIOD_D1 etc..
