Social platform for traders and investors

I am looking for a specialist who can programmed below project.
1. account opening process demo and live for traders and investors.( under different brokers)
2. After logged in the account there is option for TRADE, so that trader can trade from website .
3. In the performance page there will be functions like : traders ranking,  graph, total profit , total trades , average pips, win in percntage, average trade time, trading weeks or day, maximum drawdown, how many followers follow, amount following etc. above details investor will check and select the traders which one or more are perfect for them. 

4. Trader will trade in their account and it will copied to investor account automatically which is open under different brokers.

6. Tradewall
7. Forum, Daily signal support, faq 
8.  send msg option between users
