easy ea


this ea uses just one order, order type selected in ea options. 
if SL gets triggered a new order will be placed with bigger lotsize.


- place one order at current market
- if TP, place new order at current market (first lot)
- if SL, place new order at current market (increasing_lot)
- increase lot by adding 0.01 + 0.01 + 0.01... (simple martingal)
- if maximal_lot is reached, start with 0.01 lot from beginning
