Trade Execution EA

I need an EA that executes trades based on and only at the following:

1. RSI at 30 and 70 levels above and below,

+ 

2. Stochastic Oscillator at at 30 and 70 levels above and below, 

or and 

Moving Average crossing buy and sell signals (if possible).

Note:

Trailing stop at 300 points; 

 EA should operate on H4 (4 hours Time Frame).

Closing trades:

Trades should be closed in order of the clauses below.

Stop loss at 1000 points 

clause 1 - RSI on opposite end above or below 30, 70. for sell and buy respectively. 

clause 2 - Moving average crossing. for sell and buy signals respectively.

clause 3 - stochastic below or above 30, 70 levels for sell and buy respectively.
