EA to open orders on multiple pairs and doing more.

I need an EA that will open orders in a specific direction on specific symbols at the same time.

The inputs of the EA must be:

Enter Symbol 1: {{INSTRUMENT}}
Symbol 1: {{Buy/Sell}} (Dropdown)
Lot size 1: {{Lots}}
Enter Symbol 2: {{INSTRUMENT}}
Symbol 2: {{Buy/Sell}} (Dropdown)
Lot size 2: {{Lots}}
Enter Symbol 3: {{INSTRUMENT}}
Symbol 3: {{Buy/Sell}} (Dropdown)

Lot size 3: {{Lots}} (ex: 0.01, 0.02. 0.1 so on)
Enter Symbol 4: {{INSTRUMENT}}
Symbol 4: {{Buy/Sell}} (Dropdown)
Lot size 4: {{Lots}} (ex: 0.01, 0.02. 0.1 so on)
Enter Symbol 5: {{INSTRUMENT}}
Symbol 5: {{Buy/Sell}} (Dropdown)
Lot size 5: {{Lots}} (ex: 0.01, 0.02. 0.1 so on)

Profit Level: {{xx.xx}} (I enter a value here. If value is 05.00) then when my combined equity reaches $5, the EA will close out those trades. If I enter 50, then the EA closes all positions when the combined equity reaches $50
Continue? {{Yes/No}} If set to yes, the EA will again open orders based on the above mentioned criteria.

It goes on in an endless loop

Notes:

1. If I use only 3 symbols and 4 & 5 are left empty, then it takes only the 3 into consideration. If I enter all 5, then all 5 are considered.
2. Should open market orders only
