Spezifikation

I am looking for someone who has experience coding candlesticks. It involves candlesticks(setup 1) and RSI (setup 2).

SETUP 1: I want a push notification when indicator sees two consecutive up (close>open) candles followed by one down (open>close) candle. The opposite is two consecutive down candles followed by one candle. 

  Setup 1 only: I want notifications during certain times only. So I need time filter (start hour/stop hour). 

SETUP 2: I want a notification when RSI closes above 80 AND/OR stays for at least 5 consecutive closes above 70.The 2nd notification must come when it closes back below RSI70 and the 3rd notification when/if it closes below RSI50.      The reverse of this is RSI closes below 20 AND/OR stays for at least 5 consecutive closes below 30. Reverse the rules for notifications.

I want to be able to manually change the input of all these three above: RSI Periods (does not have to be default RSI 14 Periods), the close value (80-20) and the number of closes above 70 or below 30. Time filter does not apply this one.

 

Finally, a feature to switch on/off (value: true/false?) either of the setups.
