Multipair martingale ea

An expert advisor based on Stochastics and MA.

Signal = MACD is positive/negative value,  Stochastic of one TF is in OB/OS zone, Stochastic of higher TF is also in OB/OS zone, and long-term trend on higher TF fitts  (filtering by two MAs).

If trade is going against for certain pips or/and time, open another position if there is a signal - martingale as exponent or increment.  So we can trade a group of positions on one pair and direction as "Basket". Pips distance as fixed or ADR percent (ADR calculation i provide). 

I need to trade more pairs concurrently (pairs selection in EA settings), so i need to view some table (list of pairs instead of classic chart) and if there is a trade, i need to view which pair it is and how it is doing -number of positions, profit/loss, total lots. As picture attached i creaded for demonstration, including "CLOSE" button.

EA close all trades at designated profit or loss in $ (possibility to trail $). Then it keep seeking a new trade.

I need a pair restriction  - do not open more than x pairs wrere the same currency is included (first come, first served).

Another filter based on Highest/Lowest  - do not buy near highest (calculated on higher TF) and viceversa for sell, and i need also some automatic News filter - do not trade currency within high News, x mins before and x mins after (source from forexfactory or so) + some GTM autodetection, time settings.

Plus a few other features as recovery, days/hours trading and so on... It's a fairly extensive system, so only experienced programmers please.
