Is it possible for EA to save the rate of some orders in a (text)file?

If am thinking about conditions for opening orders by EA. When it's possible to save the rate of some orders in a (text)file, I would like this very much. And when opened a new order, the information in the (text)file will be changed. It's not a requirement that I can change this (text)file, but it would be great. So first of all the question is: Is it possible for EA to save the rate of some orders in a (text)file?

f.e.: an order is opened when the rate is 500. This number (500) will be saved in the text file. When the rate is 10 less then the rate of the last order (so 490), then again an order is opened, and the number 490 is also saved in the text file. When the rate is 10 more then the latest "buy order" (so 510) again an order will be opened and the number 510 is also saved in the file. When an order will be closed (f.e. with TP or TS) the number of this order will be deleted in the file. Is this possible?

Or f.e.: sell orders are opened on the rate of 500, 490 and 450. These numbers are saved in the text file. Now the actual rate is above 500 and the condition is: when  rate falls and the difference between opened sell orders is > 20, then a new order must be opened when the rate is 10 less then the other rate. In this case the order will be opened when the rate is 480. Is this possible?
