Need an EA with Linear Regression

Hello,

 I need someone to help me build an EA.  I only want to trade during a strong trend up or down.  One way that I identify a strong trend in my manual trading is with a 60 period linear regression line on M30 timeframe.  I like to see the 60 linear regression line at greater that a 20 degree angle either up or down before I consider looking for an entry.

 I need someone to build me an EA with this as the basis... and I can explain the rest of the strategy if I know you're capable of implementing this central aspect.  The rest of the strategy simply involves stochastics + moving average crossovers on a lower timeframe.
