Spezifikation

I would like to have an Expert Adviser that places two Orders. Both orders open at the same time using Heiken Ashi MA BUY/SELL indicators.
The one also closes using Heiken Ashi MA BUY/SELL indicators or S/L. The other one closes using counter trend and Trailingstop, S/L or TP.
My requirement also include Lot to be fixed or by Risc, TP, S/L, and remember data if we modify the settings while the EA works or the PC reboots for some reason.
I would like it to be completet in a weeks time.
