Fast Forex news feed (economic calendar and releases) and corresponding API to access the news from within MT4

Hi,

I am looking for the way to have access fast through Metatrader 4 to economic calendar and updates when news is released.

I am looking for fast news feed (free or with subscription) amd integration of the news within Metatrader 4.

Please tell me requirements to have fast news feed access (VPS, location, etc..)

I am looking for solution which will give the possibility to have access to the news within less than 500 ms after news release.

It means that various factors might come into play to achieve this goal :

-news feed source (fast even during news release and usually webservers like forexfactory are overloaded)

-location of MT4 platform (proximity to news feed provider)

-technology used (API) to access news from the provider.
