Changing of Order Managment Tool

Hello,

I habe a order management tool which is placing pending orders on special criterias of alredy closed orders in Terminal.

I want now that This tool is managing also on criterias of one Idikator

I want to select if Orders should handelet over existing sets or over new set with Idicator.

I think Instad of changing the EA - it is much easier to programm a new tool.

- EA should work on orders chich are closed in Histori within TP Range

Candles_to_open a order=4  - If ther is closed a order in beetween above selected Range. Than after X Candels in the same direction of that closed order a Market order should be placed with above tP and SL. Closing with point 2 and 3.

Ther should be a Partial Close and a Partial Fill

Partial Close should work if order was x pips in Minus - X percent of the order should close Xpis from entry price.

This Pending should be closed and not repeated if original TP of the order is Reached.
If original TP is New_TP=23.00000000 is reached order and Pendigs are closed and EA is working on next order which is closed in TP Range.
Note every Order in TP Range should be handeled.
