Convert my indicator from Pinescript to MQL4 and send me a source code of for MT4

Spezifikation

I have a source code that I like, but it is in Pinescript (See attachment) 

I am looking to compensate someone to convert the Pinescript indicator to mq4 

The requirements are: 

- indicator must draw trend line, msb breaks and orderblock rectangles.
- indicator must send alert when price reach ob rectangle, just one alert per bar.
- orderblock rectangles must be deleted when price go aganist. old zones as well.
- I prefer clean simple source code with the least possible number of lines.
