Hello, programmers!

I am looking for a professional Excel VBA and MT4 programmer to accomplish the following:

In the attached file:

  • Column A contains currency pairs.
  • Column B contains the signal type (BUY or SELL).
  • Column C contains the stop loss.
  • Column D contains the target.

Required Tasks:

* Develop an Excel VBA script to save trading signals, stop loss, and target in a CSV file and automatically send it to the Files directory in MT4.
* The script should automatically monitor changes in the signals and update the CSV file in real time.
* Create an MT4 Expert Advisor (EA) to read signals from the CSV file and execute trades directly on the platform.
* Ensure that only one trade per signal is active until the signal changes.
* Stop loss and target levels should be adjustable automatically based on my strategy.
