Need to Show Buy & Sell Arrows according to Strategy

Hi,

I need a 100% nonrepaint EA or indicator for MTF

Here are the Rules

Indicators to be dispalyed on the Chart

50 SMA

Bollinger bands with settings 20, 0.382

RSi 5 Periods levels 70,30

Buy Strategy

1) Price nust be above 50 SMA

2) Bollinger band  settings 20, 0.382 (All three bands should be in upward direction)

3) Setup candlestick is the candlestick which entirely closes below the lower bollinger band)

4) In need the buy arrow only when price trades above the high of the setup candlestick, if the trend changes to down then the buy signal should not appear)

5)Stop Loss should be at lowest low of the pullback

6) Exit when price closes above the highest bollinger band or when the 5 Period RSI closes above 70 which ever comes first.

Sell Strategy

1) Price must be below 50 SMA

2) Bollinger band  settings 20, 0.382 (All three bands should be in downward direction)

3) Setup candlestick is the candlestick which entirely closes above the higher bollinger band)

4) In need the sell arrows only when price goes lower than the than the low of the setup candlestick, if the trend changes to up then the sell signal should not appear)

5) Stop Loss should be at highest high of the pullback

6) Exit when price closes below the lowest bollinger band or when the 5 Period RSI closes below 30 which ever comes first.

I need this completed as one the previos contarctor has wasted a lot of my time.
