Simple EA just to exit positions based on EMA

Just looking for robot that will automate the exiting of my positions. I want to be able to choose which positions I enter but the robot will essentially implement a 0.2% (as an example, I want this number to be adjustable for optimisation) trailing stop loss until the price exceeds EMA when the stop loss will sit 0.1% below the EMA. Looking for an experienced coder with proven real world results, a fast turn around, and most importantly a 100% reliable EA
