Correcting entry point of attached indicator

Hi guys,

I'm really hoping someone can help me with this one!

I have the attached indicator that I use on a 5 minute chart and trading binary options.  With the right settings when I look back at this it has an incredible success rate.  That being said the actual alert only pops up the bar AFTER where the arrow is showing which of course I know is normal as it needs to confirm the state but often that is too late and the next bar is in the opposite direction and an unsuccessful trade.

I have had so much great help from a developer on this one but just wondering if someone advanced may be able to help me with this to get in earlier or if I am wasting my time?

If someone could take a look at the parameters of the trade setup and advise how this can be tweaked to get in earlier to confirm the trade on the candle where the arrow is showing that would be great.  I am trialing the success of trading as soon as the arrow appears without the bar ending but am aware this could be a little risky.  As I said, if someone can dig into this and even see if you can have the bar showing the yellow line come up quicker (which is what drives the main indicator) that would be great.  Maybe if we had CCI or ATR at a certain level or added other parameters to make it tighter and more reliable, it may still work to jump in as soon as the arrow appears?

I'm not a programmer so not sure if this is possible but if anyone can get this to work for me that would be brilliant.

Payment would be confirmed once prototype shows entry at appropriate bar etc when viewing side by side with original indicator.

I would sincerely appreciate your help on this.
