Histogram bars to arrows on chart/backtesting panel indicator

hello, have histogram indicator with bars above and below 0 lvl that i want to add arrow signals on chart if certian conditions are met

conditions are as follow : 

BUY LOGIC : if histogram gave a bar below 0 line and the candle on that bar closed bear/down , than draw buy arrow on that candle 

SELL LOGIC : if histogram gave a bar above 0 line and the candle on that bar closed bull/up, than draw sell arrow on that candle 

make sure the indicator is recoded with property strict, 

Parameters :

same as current but fix/add alerts/email notifications/push mobile

add insta backtest panle that caculates win/loss based on following logic :

add tp and sl input in form of candles closure after signal 

lets say tp is one candle and sl is one candle , if the candle after the signal closed in signal direction than count as win, if not than count as loss

the candles number for tp and sl should be changable from inputs in ui.
