Voukonov Locked Band EA

Hi everybody,

I am looking for someone to code an EA which will behave as follow:

 TYPE

A completely auto pilot system is my target here.

ENTRY AND EXIT RULES

Entry and exit rules, I will provide only to successful freelancer. 

TRADING STRATEGY

EA opens positions according to entry and exit rules we will provide later on. We will consider here that EA opened a LONG position first, so we get the following scenario.

Given that the price is at a certain level (Level_0), the EA opens a LONG position (position_1) with target of lets say 50 pips 

If the price goes lets say 15 pips (level_-15) against the open position, EA opens a SHORT position (position_2) with target 50 pips again.

If the price moves back to the level_0, EA opens another LONG position (position_3) with target at 50 pips

If the price moves back to level_-15 again, EA opens a SHORT position (position_4)

...

and so on until the price goes pass 50 pips either up or down and EA closes all trades 

ADDITIONAL 

The positions EA will open will not be of the same size and I will provide the sizes to successful freelancer.

EA has to be able to handle at least all the majors and the crosses if not all, and all the times.

EA should not open a second group of trades with the same currenty pair until it has closed the opened group. 

USER CONTROLS 

The numbers 15 pips and 50 pips that I wrote up there should be modifiable by user

The user should be able to limit the number of total opened trades that EA will open at any time

The user should be able to limit the total amount of equity EA should never exceed at any time.

The user should be able to track each group of trades with a magic number

If anything is unclear, ask me before postulating. Anything alike out there? It will be just fine the same to modify it and adapt to what I described above.
