I need an expert who can send a message to Telegram bot,I have multi symbols running on account with magic number let's say magic number range from 100-125 if any number of this numbers closed positions more than for example 20 positions in specific time i entere it by myself send alert to telegram with specific comment i enter it by myself,With the re-alert feature(0=off), I specify the number of re-alert times, every minute, for example, re-alert 4 times, or every quarter hour, for example, twice.
