Hello please my budget 30$

I have simple work if you can help me :

1- I have four EAs i want to add for all :
Add option to close all open positions in the last day of week in specific time (0=Off),And not open any positions till the start of new first day of new week.
Add option to close all open positions in the last day of month in specific time (0=Off),And not open any positions till the start of new first day of new month.

2- I have EA (( Margin alert EA )) this EA give alert to telegram if margin reach $$,I need to add new input ((True/False)),EA give alert when,For example i use four EAs in my account in  the current situation the margin alert EA give me alert when the mragin of account reach lets say 150$,EA give me alert,I want to add new input  ((True/False)) if one of my EA  running in the same account,Reach specific open positions give me alert,This means that the expert margin is calculated separately.

3- In just one of my EAs i want to make this code in inputs work in(True/false).
