Basically this EA should do the following:
1. Draw DR and IDR lines using high/low and open/close respectively of the M5 candles within the Session Time Range given in table below.
2. Draw lines extending from DR & IDR to show the Possible Trading Window given in table below.
3. Draw lines at 50% (middle of DR/IDR) and also 100%, 200%, 300% extensions above & below
4. Position open when price crosses & closes above/below DR lines and only within the Possible Trading Window given in table below.
5. SL to be set at low of crossed & closed candle (+/- input points)
6. TP to be set at 3 times the vale of SL in points
User can input:
1. Which session (DR mode) to be used for trading or displayed on chart
2. All time values
3. Lot size
