Script/Tool to place Fib level orders on Mt4/Mt5

I need a script/tool, utility that places multiple orders at different Fib retracement levels with different Take profit levels too.

It works like this:

On my Set up candle (Buy and Sell) I draw the Fib tool (on Mt4/5) with the following levels and extensions:  0,0 - 23,6 - 38,2 - 50,0 - 61,8 - 78,6 - 100,0 - 138,2 - 161,8 - 200,0

I open 2 -4 positions (0,25% risk each) depending on the set up as follows:  1 or 2 as Market order, and the other positions I am placing orders at different Fib retracement levels/values between 23,6 and 61,8.  I also want to be able to place different T/P levels at 138,2 - 161,8 - and 200.0, keeping in mind that the order and T/P lines must also be able to be changed (adjusted) if needed by dragging up or down.
