EA that manages trades

I have a strategy that I trade it manually, after I place an order/position I need an EA that will manage the trades.

I want the EA to do a few things:

A) When a position is opened, I want all the other orders on my account to get deleted.(if I did a pending order, so only when it gets triggered, the ea will start working, but as long there is no position opened the ea will do nothing)

B) let's call my initial position that I opened manually "A'', "A" position has a take profit and stop loss that I gave it manually, if price reaches tp, ea does not do anything, but if price reaches sl, so a new position in the opposite direction will open by the ea, let's call it ''B'' position, the sl of "B" position will be the open price of "A" position that reached it's stop loss, and the tp will be x points more than the tp of "A" position that hit the sl, I should be able to adjust x in an input in the ea you will build. If "B" reaches it's tp the cycle will end, but if it hits sl (which was A's open price) so position "C" will open in the opposite direction from "B" position, C's sl will be B's open price, and C's tp will be x points more than B's tp. To clarify the tp process, for an example if "A" had 100 points tp and I decided that x will be 30 points, so B's tp will be 100+30=130, and C's tp will be 130+30=160....., and this cycle of opening positions will continue until there will be a position that will reach it's tp and the ea will wait for me to open a manual position for starting the process from begining.

If "A" was a long position, so "B" will be a short position, and "C" will be a long position, and "D"...
