Looking for help to code an Expert Advisor for MT4

Hi, 

I want an EA with my Indicator to work together on 3 Time Frames at same time. 

eg-

1st TF is15m

2nd TF is 30m

3rd TF is 1H

Once The indicators signals towards one directions, then the EA should place the trade. 

it should be able to work individually, with one TF, and disable the other two.. or it could work on 2 TF's and disable one... orrr all 3 enabled.

Auto Close opposite Signal - for the above, when either Indicator TF changes Trend

Use Martingale - True False

Martingale Multiplier - once it touches a loss it shall multiple according to given entry

Maximum Lot - 

Initial Lot -

Magic Number -

Time Filter - 

Time Start EA -

Time End EA -

Comment -

Stop Loss in $ - 

Take Profit in $ - 

And 2. Auto TP, which will have 2 entries...

A. Trade TF

B. TP TF

A. Trade TF - will make the trades according to the TF.. if 15m selected then EA will trade on the 15m TF, follow the 15m indicator and open trades every 15minutes.. depending on which ever TF we select.  1m,5m,15m,30m,1h,4h,d1,w1 etc

B. TP TF should be the TP of the trades once the trend changes in the given TimeFrame.. say we enter 5m (TP TF) and (A.Trade TF) is at 15m. once both are on buy trend, the EA shall open a BUY order.. in case the 5m changes it will close the trade and wait till both trends match again, for the next trade.
